Fiduciary Duty of Care for Appointed Public Officials and Executive Officers

Public officials who manage taxpayer dollars should always have the needs of the public in mind when spending their hard-earned money in order to not waste their money. These bills would help that process by establishes standards for fiduciary duty of care for appointed public officials & executive officers. The Senate side succeeded in passage through the chamber, but the House added on additional amendments that stalled the process leaving the bill dead in messages.
