Regulatory Reform

Red tape and regulations can prove to be one of the costliest component of creating or running a business. As originally crafted, this legislation would have created the Red Tape Reduction Advisory Council within the Executive Office of the Governor to do away with overly burdensome regulations. While the House version managed to pass through its first committee, both bills failed to reach the chamber floor.
