Single-Subject Limitation for Constitution Revision Commission 176

In the Florida legislature, bills must be kept to a single subject to prevent members from having to choose between potentially wildly different subject when casting their vote. This bill would require state constitutional amendments proposed by the Constitution Revision Commission to do likewise. SB 176 died in the Rules Committee.
