Legal Notices 7

Government has a responsibility to print notices for the public. However, current law requires many of these notices to be printed in local newspapers, an expensive and outdated practice. Repeal of Constitution Revision Commission 301

Currently, the Florida Constitution requires that a constitution revision commission be convened once every 20 years to examine the State Constitution and propose any amendments that it deems appropriate. However, this is often a politicized process run by members who aren’t voted on and held accountable to the public. These bills would put an end to that process. Unfortunately, these bills did not manage to pass through both chambers.
